Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, entering the pageant, voting, sponsoring a contestant, or otherwise using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Competition Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person, create multiple accounts to manipulate votes, or provide false information. Accounts that appear fraudulent, inactive, or abusive may be suspended or terminated.
3. Payments and refunds
All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Contestants pay a one-time $5 entry fee before their profile can go live. Votes may be purchased individually or in bundles. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of proven fraud. We do not store credit-card numbers.
4. Voting
Registered users receive one free vote upon email confirmation. Additional votes must be purchased. Each vote is tied to a signed-in account and spent through our server-side ledger. Automated voting, botting, vote trading, coercion, or any form of manipulation is prohibited and may result in vote reversal, disqualification, and account termination.
5. Sponsorships
A $5 sponsorship is a one-time, non-refundable payment. For an existing contestant, the sponsor's payment is held as a pending request; if the contestant accepts, the full amount is credited to their earnings. If they decline or never respond, the payment is kept by the platform and is not refunded. For an applicant who has not yet joined, a $5 sponsorship pre-pays their entry fee when they sign up with the sponsored email. Each contestant may have at most one sponsor. Sponsors earn $0.05 for every vote received by the contestant they sponsor.
6. Contestant earnings, identity verification, and prizes
Approved contestants earn $0.20 for each vote they receive and share in total vote revenue allocated to contestants based on vote share. Prize amounts for first, second, and third place are set by the operator and displayed on the Prizes page. Before any earnings can be withdrawn, a contestant must have a photo ID on file that our review team has approved: the document must clearly show the contestant's date of birth, full name, and photograph, must be current rather than expired, and a government-issued document (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card) is strongly preferred. The image must show the entire document, in focus, in colour, without filters, edits, or anything covering the birthdate, name, or photograph; the document number may be covered. Photo IDs are stored securely, are visible only to our review team, and are never shown on a profile or to any other user. Payout requests unlock only once the ID is approved and combined earnings reach at least $5. All earnings and prizes are paid out manually after verification; timing depends on payment-method availability and any dispute resolution.
7. Content standards
Photos, bios, and other submissions must belong to the contestant, be tasteful and non-explicit, and comply with applicable law. Nudity, sexual content, copyrighted material you do not own, images of other people without consent, and hateful or harassing material are prohibited. All photos must be unaltered originals: no filters, no electronic editing, and no AI-generated or airbrushed changes. We moderate all submissions before they appear publicly and may remove content or disqualify contestants at our discretion.
8. Disputes and enforcement
If you believe a payment, vote, or moderation decision was incorrect, you may file a dispute through the Support page. We review disputes in good faith and may reverse fraudulent votes, adjust earnings, or take action against offending accounts. Our decisions are final.
9. Intellectual property
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display it on the platform and in promotional materials related to the pageant. You retain ownership of your original content.
10. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or platform downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law and termination
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, subject to our data-retention obligations.
