What we collect
Account details (name, email, date of birth for age verification), contestant applications (stage name, country, bio, photos), votes, payments (processed by our payment provider — we never store card numbers), and sponsorship records.
How we use it
To run the competition: displaying approved contestant profiles, counting votes, processing payments and earnings, preventing fraud, and — if you opt in — sending email notifications about votes, sponsorships, and contest updates.
What is public
Approved contestant stage names, countries, bios, photos, and vote counts are public. Your email address and date of birth are never public.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can export everything we hold about you, or delete your account and personal data entirely, at any time from your account settings. Vote counts that have already been tallied remain as anonymous aggregates, as described in the contest rules.
Data retention & security
Data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest. We retain data only as long as needed to run the competition and meet legal obligations.
