When do I get my free vote?
The moment you create your account, one free vote is added to your balance.
Are entry fees and sponsorships refundable?
No. Entry fees, votes, and sponsorships are all non-refundable — including sponsorships where the applicant never responds or the email was entered incorrectly.
When do contestants get paid?
Earnings accumulate in your dashboard and are paid out after the contest period ends and results are verified, within 30 days.
Why isn't my photo showing?
All photos are reviewed by our moderation team before going live. This usually takes less than 24 hours.
